The use of this site or any other site owned or maintained by Cousin Crew Collective, Co., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter “Cousin Crew Co” or “Company”) is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your order placed on this site, and/or your visitation of and use of CousinCrewCo.com signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Definitions

The terms “You”, “Your” and “consumer” shall be used herein to describe any individual who purchases any product from Cousin Crew Co., and/or visits CousinCrewCo.com. 

 

The terms “site” or “website” shall refer to CousinCrewCo.com in its entirety. Your use of this site signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Cousin Crew Co’s privacy policy may be viewed at CousinCrewCo.com/privacy. Cousin Crew Co reserves the right to modify its privacy policy in its reasonable discretion from time to time.

Shipping Policies

Shipping Policies

All orders shall be processed and prepared for shipment in approximately 5-7 business days (“processing time”), thereafter, shipping times will vary depending on the method of shipping selected by the consumer. Cousin Crew Co ships orders within the 50 United States via the United States Postal Service. Shipping costs are assessed by item and/or total purchase and as such vary; shipping costs are not included in the listed price of each product and shall be assessed and outlined at the time of checkout, pursuant to the consumer’s selected delivery method. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is relinquished to the delivery carrier, Cousin Crew Co ceases to retain any control over the goods and otherwise is not responsible for any damage, non-delivery, theft or other hazard or casualty which may befall the goods. Cousin Crew Co disclaims any and all liability for any damages incurred by consumers as a result of the actions of third parties (including the delivery carrier), events of force majeure, and other such situations which may cause damage to the goods sold or otherwise prevent or impede their delivery. Further, by placing an order on this website consumer agrees that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.

Return Policy

Return Policy

Custom products: PRODUCTS THAT CONTAIN CUSTOMIZATION, OF ANY KIND, MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS INCLUDE ANY AND ALL PRODUCTS WHICH CONTAIN MONOGRAMING, CUSTOM ART, CUSTOM TEXT, ETC.

Non-Custom products: Products that do not contain customizations may be returned or exchanged as follows:

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return the unused product 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you for a full refund according to the following terms. To obtain a full refund, your return must be approved and postmarked 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you. If you wish to initiate a return, simply fill out the form on the “Return” page of the website, thereafter and within 5 days of submitting this form, you shall receive further emailed instructions and a shipping label. You must fully and accurately complete the Return/Exchange form; failure to do so may result in your inability to return/exchange the goods. You shall receive a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of our receipt of the returned product, unless the product is deemed, by Cousin Crew Co., in our sole discretion, to be used or otherwise in a manner which precludes us from re-selling it, in which case no refund or a partial refund may be provided at Cousin Crew Co.’s discretion. All refunds shall be made to the original payment method unless the consumer selects to receive a store credit. The cost of shipping for a returned item shall be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the consumer, unless the consumer elects reimbursement by way of store credit, in which case the cost of return shipping shall be waived. Cousin Crew Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. After the shipping department receives your return/exchange, it generally takes 10-15 business days or sooner to process your refund. 

Exchanges

You may exchange an unused product 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped to you; your exchange must be approved and postmarked 30 days from the date that the product was originally shipped. You may exchange the product for any other product available for purchase on the website. If the product you are exchanging is priced higher than the product you wish to receive in its place, you shall receive a partial refund (representing the difference between the two prices) to your original payment method. If the product you are exchanging is priced lower than the product(s) you are ordering in its place, then you shall be prompted at checkout to pay the difference. If you wish to initiate an exchange, simply fill out the form on the “Returns” page of the website, and indicate that you wish to initiate an “Exchange”. You must fully and accurately complete the Return/Exchange form; failure to do so may result in your inability to return/exchange the goods. Thereafter and within 5 days of submission of this form, you shall receive further emailed instructions and a shipping label. The cost of return shipping for the item being exchanged shall be waived, however the cost of shipping for the new item(s) shall be borne by consumer and assessed by and through the exchange process. Cousin Crew Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned/exchanged items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery. After the shipping department receives your return/exchange, it generally takes 10-15 business days or sooner to process your refund. 

Chargeback Policy

All references to a “chargeback” refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge placed CousinCrewCo.com. There is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If a credit is due, simply contact us and we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on CousinCrewCo.com, please contact us for immediate resolution.
